Complex Hardware. Simplified

Public entrance solutions, like large revolving doors in airports or hotels are complex pieces of machinery. Technicians traditionally used cumbersome manuals and cryptic codes to configure them.

My task was to design a tablet and mobile experience that empowered technicians and facility managers to configure, schedule, and troubleshoot these doors intuitively, often while standing right in front of them.

Icons for the Tablet Application

I created a specific icon set for various door states (Locked, Open, One-way, In motion) to ensure clarity across languages and regions.
